
Be the trend setter for nutrition and training in your boat.
Rowing is both dependent on those around you, and so internally independent that it is hard to have one without the other. Nutrition, your strength training, and your rowing specific training are just as intertwined. As a rower, you need a strong mindset, a cardiovascular engine, the skills to correctly move, the strength to make that happen, and the right fuel.
In the same fashioned, I do not separate out strength training, skill based training, cardiovascular training, or nutrition for rowing athletes.
Kids in pursuit is a wholistic approach to your training. I will work with your on water or team programing to intertwine all the pieces together, or create your own if you do not have a team programing to follow.
